Ann-Louise joined PHC RIS in 2005 as Research Fellow. Her principal role is to develop, coordinate and report the results from the Annual Survey of Divisions of General Practice (ASD). She also took the lead in reviewing the content of the ASD in order to upgrade it as online survey and integrate it with National Quality and Performance System (NQPS) Plans and Reports. Ann-Louise has considerable experience in research design, methodology, quantitative and qualitative analysis. In recent years, Ann-Louise has been involved in conducting research in hospital patient satisfaction levels, GP interventions in cardiac patients with depression, anxiety and depression in postpartum women, and aged care.
